Q: How do the tools work?
A: The tools consist of a framework of headings with a series of carefully selected questions which answers thereto automatically address each aspect of the plan in your own words. It then structures the information into a presentable format. The completed plan can be downloaded in a word document. The tool itself is only available online and is not downloadable. Our free tools provide limited access to examples whilst our premium tools provide a more extensive range of practical examples and templates.

Q: Is my information secure?
A: The information on your various plans is only available to you by logging on to the system using your unique user name and password. All the information is kept within a secure environment.

Q: Must I complete my whole plan before downloading it?
A: No, as long as you save your work continuously you can exit the plan and log-on as many times as you want, your information will be saved in the secure environment. You can download your plan any time, print it and go back online and add more information.

Q: Once I have downloaded my plan can I still make changes?
A: Yes, once you download your plan in word you can edit the document, include pictures and any other documents in excel, and power point slides. Please note that this information will not be available within your online plan.

Q: Can I include pictures, excel spreadsheets, tables and graphs in my online plan?
A: No, the online plan only allows you to add text. Once you have completed the plan online you can download the plan in word and incorporate any other documents, tables, spreadsheets, pictures and graphs.
