Enterprise Support Asia website Services requires Service Seekers and Services Providers to complete the registration process by providing the Company with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. Registered users also will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and user name. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user name account. You agree to notify Enterprise Support Asia immediately of any unauthorized use of your account user name or any other breach of security. 

Enterprise Support Asia will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by Enterprise Support Asia or another party due to someone else using your account use name or password. You may not use anyone else's account user name at any time, without the permission of the registered user account holder.

EMAIL MESSAGES
Enterprise Support Asia does not guarantee that email messages sent to and from Enterprise Support Asia over the Internet will be completely secure. Under no circumstances will Enterprise Support Asia be liable for any damages incurred or sustained by you in connection with or arising from any message transmitted via the Internet by you to Enterprise Support Asia, or by Enterprise Support Asia to you and/or at your request.

INHERENT NATURE OF THE INTERNET

DEFINITIONS OF USERS/PARTIES
o ENTERPRISE SUPPORT ASIA - Enterprise Support Asia Pte Ltd a private company incorporated in the Republic of Singapore under registration number 200504180W and having its business address at 105 Cecil Street, #06-L1, The Octagon, Shenton Way, Singapore 069534 (the Company); 

o SERVICE SEEKER - Service Seeker means a person registering on this website seeking a professional service which may, subject to suitability and availability, be provided by a Service Provider;

o SERVICE PROVIDER - Service Provider means a person registering on this web site for the purpose of being considered for providing Professional Services to a Service Seeker from time to time;

o SERVICE PROVIDER AGREEMENT - Service Provider Agreement means the agreement accepted by the Service Provider which defines the terms and conditions of registration and performance

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
Whilst Enterprise Support Asia registration, searching, matching and business process system does contain certain qualifying criteria and security checks and balances, Enterprise Support Asia; 

a) Does not warrant or assume any liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the information, tools, forms, training and administration provided. If errors are brought to our attention, we will try to correct them. Nothing provided herein should be used as a substitute for the advice of professional counsel. 

b) Makes no claims, promises or guarantees as to the completeness or usefulness of the facts, views, advice, opinions and recommendations of the Service Providers (individuals or organizations) registered on this website. Any violation reported will be addressed in terms of the Service Provider Engagement Agreement. 

c) Will not be liable for any damages or costs of any type arising out of or in any way connected with the Service Seekers use of the services of the Service Provider, and the Service Provider is and will remain solely responsible for the professional services it provides to the Service Seeker. 

d) Will not be liable to any Service Seeker or any Service Provider or any other person using this website, or any cessionary or third party claiming through or on behalf of any of these entities or persons, in respect of any claim whatsoever, whether in contract, or otherwise, for any loss, damages, costs or expenses directly or indirectly incurred as a result of any of these entities or persons using this website.

INDEMNITY
You hereby agree to indemnify and save Enterprise Support Asia harmless against all damages, losses, expenses and costs (including legal costs) suffered or incurred by Enterprise Support Asia in connection with or arising from 
(1) your access of this website and/or use of the online services, or 
(2) any other party's access of this website and/or use of the online services using your user id and/or login password, or 
(3) your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or 
(4) any other party's breach of any of these Terms and Conditions of Access where such party was able to access this website and/or use the online services by using your user id and/or login password.
